Refund Policy for Casey Key Tiki Tours

Casey Key Tiki Tours has a strict No Refund policy.
As a company we are willing to accommodate our guests for rescheduling for a different day of your choice. We will offer a different tour, date and time of equal value, but there are no refunds. 

Living and working in Florida definitely has its challenges. We take safety for our guests very seriously. Our tours are evaluated by the captains for each day and at thier discretion for running safe charters. If we cancel your tour, we will refund your money or reschedule at your choice. 

Casey Key Tiki Tours has a strict No Refund Policy. 

Customer no call, no show, missed tours, and no rescheduled tours will not be refunded.

Every customer is expected to call, cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to reservation. 

Within 24 hours we can offer a future tour. We will hold your reservation amount for a future booking. No Expirations.
